Thanks for making this, it's great! Could I request a few QoL features?

  • I'd love it if when importing a palette the popup let me type in without having to click on the text area. Right now the caret is in the field and blinks but typing doesn't do anything unless it's selected again.
  • Related: Pressing enter should click the ok button, so I can type something in and press enter and have it go to the next step.
  • Finally, I'd love if the save in app button could automatically save the palette to a location instead of just placing it in the list.

Thanks again!

For those with issues resulting in the error "load_lospec_palette.lua:7: assertion failed" even on windows, you may have to run Aseprite as administrator for the underlying curl command to work.

could you update the script to get the .gpl in lospec when trying to save? it generally comes with descriptions whch are a very nice touch.

I use the Pixquare app on my iPad which has this function of importing the Lospec palette by name, and I was very happy to have found this extension for Aseprite, but as I use MacOS unfortunately it is giving an error "load_lospec_palette.lua:7: assertion failed"

If one day you intend to add support for the Mac and need to test it, I'll be available to help with the tests.

Congratulations on the project, I hope it continues.

I'm getting an error that says "load_lospec_palette.lua:7: assertion failed". Any idea as to why that would happen

What os were you using?

The extension should only work on windows at the moment (I will add support for other systems one day I promise)

Sorry for take this much time to answer, I don't have a lot of time this year with my studies.
